My work is inspired by hope, joy, space to breathe, the seasons, the natural world and the week that was.

I am a mixed media, abstract artist who lives and works in Somerset. 
I paint a motherpiece, usually on canvas, and take other images from this to make prints.

My paintings are designed to hang in any orientation and you are encouraged to regularly turn my paintings to appreciate a different perspective. 

Many of my paintings can also be backlit‍ ‍to create an art installation

My return to painting in September 2024 has focused on combining art with, poetry, music and words. 
I am a mother, sister, partner, daughter, friend and In my “work” I manage teams of children and family social workers. My art explores these many roles and helps me to process my day and my lived experience.
